This collection contains 181 black and white photographic prints showing the construction of Cascade Dam near Cascade, Idaho. Images show workers, site preparations, and excavation. Also includes a series of panoramas showing construction progress. It is assumed that Elton Leitner took the photographs himself.

Four hundred fifty-six black and white photoprints. The photographs were removed from two albums and an inventory prepared with identification from the album. The collection documents highway construction throughout the state of Idaho.
